From the workbench / October 2026

Small steps.
A place taking shape.

Real progress, a few rough edges, and a neighborhood getting a little more alive with every build.

The current chapter

A little more life.
A little more character.

The neighborhood is starting to feel like a place people live. Tap a resident to meet them, see where they are heading, and hear what they think. Some treasure a quiet seat. Some come for a swim. Others seem to know everyone on the block.

Their comments follow real visits, queues and interrupted plans. Opening Weekend still asks you to connect a pool, welcome its first visitors and choose a repair when the pump breaks. Now you can hear the consequence from the people using it.

Cottages, porch townhomes and courtyard condos now have their own silhouettes. Residents have a continuous walking gait, water catches the light, and placement previews explain when a path connection is missing. New housing remains a design concept; residents do not move into newly placed buildings yet.

On the drawing board / Neighborhood character

Different homes.
Common ground.

A low coastal ranch. A shaded veranda. A duplex with a roof terrace. Six housing silhouettes now share the starter neighborhood, with different finishes and a mix of palms and spreading oaks.

New worlds meet an irregular coast: shallow water follows the banks, scrub grows along the edges, and limestone marks rougher ground. Existing saved landscapes keep their terrain. The three new housing concepts are available in the local builder; moving residents into newly built homes is still ahead.

Where we are

Built with care.
Shared with honesty.

This is an early development build. We’re focused on making one neighborhood worth playing before promising a release date.

In the local game

A place you can shape

  • Hilly terrain and editable districts
  • Paths, gardens, pools and other amenities
  • About 50 named residents with different habits
  • Tappable profiles and reactions to real visits
  • Neighborhood voices journal
  • Neighborhood score with itemized reasons
  • Construction undo and device-local saves
  • Opening Weekend goals and repair decisions
Still ahead

A place we can share

  • Hands-on testing on iPhone and Android
  • Finished player sign-in and state synchronization
  • Three real players buying and voting together
  • Validated blueprints crossing into the shared world
  • A closed alpha with invited players

Our promises

Earn the neighborhood.
Never buy the advantage.

Show the consequence.

A number should tell you why it changed. A decision should eventually show up in the place you built.

Respect your time.

A few minutes should be enough to accomplish something. Returning should bring opportunity, not another chore.

Keep it fair.

If we sell anything in the future, it can change how impressive you look. Never how powerful you are.

The next chapter

You could be
one of the first neighbors.
